All products must be returned to the original place of purchase.

SEI Pharmaceuticals provides a refund on unopened product and with an RA (return authorization number) only. Any opened product returned to SEI Pharmaceuticals WILL NOT be accepted, exchanged or credited. If opened product is received it will be destroyed.

Items must be returned via commercial carrier or through the U.S. Post Office accompanied by an invoice from SEI at the customer's expense within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to follow these instructions will result in forfeiture of any refund. Refunds are only applied to product/promotional specials if the special is returned complete.
